I am stuck out of Canada! Please Help!

Hello! I feel like I might be glitched out of Canada which is really unfortunate since I do want to 100% the game. I remember having the cutscene about the passport when I originally went to Canada for the first time but unfortunately I have overwritten that save and I have no clue when that was. Do I have to start over from before I went to the Canada border? Everytime I go there, he won't let me in and I remember getting a quest for the passport but when I look, there is no quest for it. I can't seem to find anyone else with the same problem either. Any help is very much appreciated, thanks!

Been a while but I think you need to do a quest at the photo shop first. Could be way off though haven't played in a very long time

What do you mean by quest at the photo shop? I went there and the dude just asked if I ever thought about being a model but that doesn't unlock a quest for anything. Please let me know! Thanks for commenting and helping me out by the way!

You need to go to Annie (I think that's her name) by the town hall and do all the girls missions (last one is the abortion clinic), then go back and talk to the boys in Kyle's backyard. THEN you go to Photo Dojo to get the passport

Wow. I can't believe I am saying this but I literally just beat that quest. I just got back from Annie and yes, I just got the fake passport. Thank God it wasn't a game breaking glitch and instead just a barricade until a certain point. Thanks a ton to both of you!
