In a non-hygiene issue men have it worse...

Have you ever had to use a trough style urinal? No barrier, no individual unit, just one large steel bin with men bumping shoulders pissing into it.

Hell yeah, I used a trough style in Europe, it was dope. Four concrete walls with a trough around the edges, just piss on the wall and sprinklers do the rest. Now German toilets are terrible and squatty potties are a fucking abomination but both sexes use those over there.

But what we don’t have in the men’s restrooms anywhere are dirty tampons laying everywhere, blood, shit and piss all over the toilet seat and floor, hair everywhere… and that is on a good day.

Honestly at a certain point you no longer care about the lack of privacy, and you just marvel at the impressive efficiency of it.
