Butters’ show age is 11 and he debuted in 1997 so he’s closer to 38.

I would feel weird but I was their age when it started and I just turned 38 so it’s whatever

He's been around for 27 years. Add the 11 years that never existed yeah he would be technically 38. But those 11 years don't exist. He is 27 in reality. Im also not sure where you're getting 11 from. I thought the south park kids were 8 years old.
