Question, do you still only get like Elite characters in your stores?

In the collection there are only elite characters or lower, so yea I only see those characters in stores.

I wasn’t aware you could see characters in stores higher than their starting tiers.

I have a couple epic++ and played the beta, seismic seems near impossible to me honestly. Progression seems to grind to a halt after a certain point

I refreshed the event shop a good 80 times and never saw Allen The Alien. I did get 6 red rushes though, so he's my only Exceptional. Purely 100% F2P though. Seen a couple Exceptional Omni Man in my clan but he hasn't been in my shop once. Couldn't imagine spending money on this game considering how little content there is, let alone spending hundreds on multiple copies of elites.
