i always laugh when the thicc bugs image is posted, due to the totally inconspicuous massive white rectangle in the middle of it.

My first thought was it was a thoughtful censoring so we could enjoy the meme without seeing something we shouldn’t.

My second thought was the white rectangle is their deity.

Why? Our beloved went out doing exactly what he wanted. He was happy in the end, and That’s all anyone should ever want for someone else (:

If we’re being honest, there wasn’t really anything else they could have done with him. His entire schtick was “all I want to do is fight the strongest shit there is!” They’d be robbing us by not letting him do that, and they’d be robbing us from a satisfying narrative conclusion if they let him win. He was doomed from the start by being the archetype that he was.
