Which is why it won't happen. Somebody (somebodies) won't make 5.1 Trillions dollars. Cheaper to buy a congress than to take that kind of loss.

It’s actually way more than that over ten years. The study numbers are very conservative.

You could buy all of congress, every vote, for a few billion. You could buy Congress for less than the bonus increases that happen year over year. That’s why it’ll never happen.

It won’t happen because nobody votes for it. Once Americans vote for progressive candidates who support universal healthcare in primaries and then in the general election, so that Congress is majority progressive, it will happen. Which is why it won’t happen. Nobody is voting for it
