My Boyfriend bet me $500 that I couldn’t beat Elden ring in 6 months with little to no video game experience. Humor

Post image

The rules of the bet:

  1. No magic
  2. Only Melee
  3. No farming for runes
  4. Have to beat the entire game by June, 6th, 2024

I am currently on the last boss of the game with 89 hours played. I hope the last boss doesn’t take me 5 months. 😂

That's $500 well spent on his part, then!

I tried to get my wife to play Baldur's Gate 3 with me as my birthday gift. We only created characters so far haha. Might have to put some cash on the table as an incentive.

Thanks for sharing this story!

Nah, just show her Astarion. That has like an 80% succes rate

Honestly I like all the characters, but Halsin just comes in a lil' late for me. Also; you can have both

My fiancé and I are about to enter act 2 😅 now each weekend we get sucked in for hours playing since I don’t have time during the week and have to make sure I actually get 8 hours of sleep haha

Same. My wife mostly watches but she gets sucked into the story as I go along and tells me what options to pick lol.

My boyfriend got it for Christmas and we have a 60 hour game going but I can’t stop playing my own whenever he’s not on his computer hahaha.

Why are you so good at the gamings? Genetics or spite?

I would say a little bit of both 😂I grew up watching both of my brothers play video games and I always wanted to prove that I could do it too.
