The high chin at that age is a symptom of something awful I think.

I mainly say it cause Hitler and Stalin both doing it.

But also it's a sign of self worth. And to be too high might be an excess of self worth.

Which would explain why they gassed and starved millions.

It's looking down your nose. Both Stalin and Hitler are doing it, and it looks like contempt to me. Turns out both were contemptuous, murderous villains, so... maybe a touch of humility goes a long way?
