I would assume "ed" means Electro Dragon, and "wizar" is a wizard. I don't know what "inky" is. It would probably be much easier to ask the person who made the request.

are traps actually worth upgrading? i’ve never seen them have a massive impact on any attack. if they are, please tell me what traps are worth upgrading, and what town hall they start to become viable at.

Well placed traps can often affect the number of stars an opponent wins and cause time fails.
I usually find they are easy to upgrade if I slip them between longer upgrade timers. This allows me to spread out my Builders to keep them from all completing their task at the same time.

How to bypass the google play offers( we got recently ) that were limited to 1 per user (PC). As i have 3 coc accounts including main but I didnt get the benefit cuz of limitations. Other wise i would get gold pass on all of them .

CAN I SAVE MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PLAYER TAG Hello everyone. Years ago I started playing coc. Back than supercell id was not present in the game. After a year i got bored and deleted the game. I thougth i would never play it again so i disconnected and removed my google account from the game. Years after i wanted to play again but couldn't get my old town. i still have the accomplishments present in my play games app. I don't remember my player tag. Is there a way i can save my old account? I think i could save it if i text with a real human support but all i get is otto and it keeps asking me my player tag

You can use Clash of Stats to look for your player tag and previous clan.
If you manage to recover your account, make sure to turn on Supercell ID and enable Account Protection.

Should I skip TH6 if I’m maxed on offense WAYYYY before defense? I just got one more wiz level in the lab, but I’ll get that if I start TH upgrade. My two reasons are that TH7 looks much more fun to play with and I can spend more time catching up on defenses while also maxing Barbarian King.
Mainly wondering how handicapped I’ll be at the start of TH7, because I can upgrade my TH when I get my star bonus

eventually you start stacking hero levels and the lab requirements get crazy long. You'll easily have time to catch up defenses by the time they'll matter.

I'm a newer player and hear a lot about the inevitable 100% you will concede until TH9. Current TH7, I'm wondering if I should push to higher TH and neglect my defense or build everything to max before pushing. Here's my base— all comments welcome. Thanks in advance!

The fastest way to be fully maxed th16 is to rush to th16, only upgrading offense, so that you can use magic items on your longest upgrades. There's a detailed rushing guide here: https://www.reddit.com/r/ClashOfClans/comments/18gsgwg/new_th_new_callmetee_rush_bible/
The main benefit of maxing is that you'll have more fair matchups in war (or so I've heard) and it's more aesthetically satisfying for some people.

On the way to get 5th builder (th8), once I get it do I get apprentice and max it or should I spend my gems on something else (like equipment)

After you have all of the Builders that are purchasable with gems, focus on any equipment that you want. I recommend the Giant Gauntlet, followed by the Frozen Arrow. The other epics are more situational, and you will want to watch videos to see if they fit your attack strategies.
Lastly, I would consider getting the Builder's Apprentice.

Only defenses wise cuz im indecisive. Every th i do ad, Tesla, wiz, xbow, inferno. Then eagle th scatter for th13.
Is th14 different? I know war weights not extremely important but still. I’m gonna change it to match my troop and pet upgrading somewhere along ad, xbow, inferno Tesla wiz. Just don’t know where introducing lev2 huts should go, and scatters

once you login you can scroll down to find gold pass. you should be able to buy them here and claim them for accounts(not done it myself as im f2p but this explains how. buying them via this site also gives you an extra book for every 6 or so passes and gives you gems and others via the bonus track. even if you dont buy any online here you can earn points for playing and get the 100 gem reward from the bonus track each month.

What's the idea/strategy behind Spiky Ball+Vampstache kinng? Or in which cases would the ball be better than Rage/Gauntlet+Stache?

spikeyball gives a ton of extra HP, and vamp stash keeps all that extra HP full.
Feels like my king never dies with that combo, downside being ball can go wild sometimes where gauntlet is easier to pick and choose what value you are getting.

What is the purpose of having to manually include the whole clan when you sign up for CWL, prior to selecting the 15/30 players you want in each war? How come the entire clan isn’t automatically included in the initial sign-up? Is there something I’m missing?

The default is everyone present at signup time is included.
The person doing the sign up needs to manually exclude them to keep them out.1

Got it. And, just to confirm, the war weight of those signed up has no effect on the match-up? It’s determined by league level only?
The reason I ask is, last month our leader accidentally only registered 15 people for CWL, and our match-ups were great. This month, our leader registered the entire clan and our match-ups are brutal. I just wanted to confirm that I’m not missing some mechanic of CWL.

Don't think so. The point of the supercell store is to bypass apple's payment processing so that supercell gets more of your money instead of having apple take a percentage

CWL day 3 gives me an option of member change, I can't see the names of some of my clanmates, therefore I can't add them to the CWL.

It should show all players that were signed up at registration time, not everyone in the clan.
Players left out of the registration, and new players, are not considered participants of the CWL season.

Just a quick question about the shop. I recently saw in the shop that there was a little “+x%” next to the gem packs and I was wondering the meaning of this percentage.
If I buy the €23,99 pack, where it is mentioned “+45”, does it mean that I’ll get 2.500 gems for €23,99 + 1.125 gems for free?
I never bought gems in the game. If I have the right understanding, is it a first time offer only or is this bonus always available?

The +45% means that buying the 24€ pack gives you 45% more gems than if you were to buy many 80 gems pack with the same Money
You dont get any secret extra gems for free, Just the 2.5k the offer tells you'd get
Same works with any other offer

You can try the /r/ClashOfClansRecruit subreddit or the Clash of Clans Discord server has a recruitment channel. Otherwise, it's trial and error to find the type of clan you are looking for.

My giant arrow COMPLETELY missed the core but managed to hit a single WALL segment within the invisibility tower range, then it was triggered.
Had no idea why this would happen, was even preparing for a potential 1 star, but with the trigger mananged to 3 star without RC and swagged 2 spells.
Is this a bug with invisibility tower? I thought it would only protect buildings rather than walls.

Now that the builder apprentice costs 6.5k gems, or rather around 4 epic gears to max, as someone who doesn't have giant gauntlet and other favored gears, I should probably save for the gears before buying builders apprentice right? Or should it be the other way around?

Next, purchase any equipment that you want. I recommend the Giant Gauntlet, followed by the Frozen Arrow. The other epics are more situational, and you will want to watch videoa to see if they fit your attack strategies.

Infinite stamina doesn't equate to not needing to heal. The stamina equates to them being able to attack while being upgraded instead of needing to sleep. If they receive enough damage, they still need to heal.

As a F2P player that started 4 days ago and is maxing th3 right now is this the fastest way to move up as a F2P player I’ve heard about rushing but a friend of mine did it and got to th8 with low leveling buildings but he did good in wars should I go for that?(the base in question was seen in 2018)

if you want to be a higher th faster, strategic rushing is the way to go. if this is your first time, i recommend moving to the next townhall when you have offensive upgrades(army camp, barracks, etc) maxed and you cant spend your gold or elixir. if its not your first time, look up "call me tees strategic rushing guide" to learn more about rushing. you can rush as low as 9 or as high as 16. 11 is also a common stopping point since getting loot is way easier.

With you being a new player, I would recommend only rushing a couple THs at a time until you decide if it's what you want to do. Many people that rush get burned out.
Even without rushing, you can reach TH11 in just a few months.

They want to add new TH every year now. In order for newer players to catch up they gotta make early upgrades shorter.
Before they only added TH every 18-24 months so you didnt need as many reductions

Stuart touched on this several times in the recent AMA:
Our timers are too long and we are working to bring them down. We agree too often active people get blocked with nothing to do by timers.
We will keep up with cost and time cuts to upgrades in order to help lower level folk catch up. We have quite a big set coming in our June update.
We are also in control of how quickly people can catch up. And we will keep making improvements so more and more of our players can enjoy the fun of being at the latest hall.

Best troops to upgrade first at th15? I know RR and balls are strong but are there any other necessary troop upgrades for other OP attacks?

I'd say upgrade dragons after RR/valks/druids. Hydra is still a very strong attack at th15, arguably better than root riders vs some bases.
It's also just a good idea to have an air attack ready and practiced because a lot of people specifically make their bases to be anti root rider with 4x ground xbows + single infernos, at which point you can just swoop in with a hydra attack and super archer blimp the best value you can get and then it's pretty easy mode from there.
Also make sure you lvl up your rage gem for that since it's very important.

I've only used the Archer Queen to aim at the air sweepers during mass dragon attacks, should I learn Queen charge if I only use air attacks?
Air sweepers are a pain to deal with even with the Warden rage gem.

I'm not sure if this has been addressed already, but during one of the latest updates, were the privileges removed from clan co-leaders regarding the initiation of Clan League Wars? None of our co-leaders are currently able to start them.

What are the best th 12 attack strategy for 3 stars?

Can't go wrong with golems and witches.
Two variants exist. Either run 3 normal golems and 2 earthquake + 8 zaps (use 1 eq, 4 zap per multi inferno), rest witches.
Or run 5 ice golems and rest witches with 6 bat spells and rest freezes. Idea with this attack is to do your main attack normally until you've managed to take out a good amount of splash defenses, then send in bat army from a corner and use all remaining freezes on wizard towers or multi infernos and let the bats clean up pmuch all remaining defenses.
You can find better explained tutorials on YouTube im sure, but basic idea of this spam attack is to attack from a long side of the base and use 1-2 witches per side to first funnel out a little bit of the corner buildings and then drop your golems evenly spread out, log launcher through the middle, and rest of the witches just spread out.

the base works, focus on heroes since you can use them when upgrading this month. try and get to titan 1(4700 trophies) to start, since you need as many ores for hero equipment as possible

i just went up a league or two a month from crystal to like titan 3. its not too bad if you can attack often, but it is quite helpful. finding easy loot is not as common higher up, so theres a tradeoff between regular loot and ores.

As high as possible for the ores. Keep pushing until you either face mostly TH15/16 bases you have difficulty looting, or the matchups start taking a long time to find (clouding). When this happens, drop a little bit until the problem goes away. This is your ideal spot.

I have maxed TH11 except for heroes both upgrading to lvl 45. Should I just push to TH12 at this point or sit on my gold and elixir until I max heroes ?

If everything else is maxed, push. Your heroes will be maxed before the end of the month, and take advantage of the event to level your heroes as much as you can when you reach th 12 cuz it’s a lot of levels ahead of you to reach for heroes at th 12.

If classic war is important, I would stay just a bit longer (but not all the way to max) to work on those heroes. If CWL is more important, rushing is always better. If progression speed is most important, you’re ok either way because your builders can all stay busy and lab running.

I just upgraded to town hall 14 and am considering buying the apprentice builder but want to know if because of the backlash on price it’s likely they’ll lower it?

The “backlash” was mostly uninformed. For players who regularly buy builder books and potions from the trader with gems, they are better off investing those gems into the apprentice builder. For players who don’t do that, then they probably have little interest in the apprentice builder either. As an example, many players see the lab as the bottleneck and they would spend their gems on research potions or goblin. Other players like hero books because they are instant finish. Etc.

Make sure you are typing the address precisely (do not autofill)
Check your folders within your email, especially the spam folder
Contact support and let them know you aren't receiving the code

Hey r/ClashOfClans, please add more roles in a clan, like currently we have None, Member, Elder, Coleader, Leader. It will be better if there are more roles atleast for senior clans

Like, for instance, let's add a "Seer" role in between Elder and Co-leader, what privileges would that role have that an Elder wouldn't?

Seniority Recognition: Having more roles like Veteran, Strategist, Guardian, and Scout can show seniority within a clan. If a member has been with the clan for years, it's meaningful to distinguish them from new members who become Elders quickly. This way, we don't have to make everyone Co-leaders to recognize their dedication.
Kickout Privilege: Roles like Veteran and Strategist could have the authority to kick out members, which can help manage the clan more effectively without overloading Co-leaders.
War Performance Management: Guardian and Scout roles can manage lower-ranked members’ performance in wars, deciding promotions based on their performance. They can refer deserving members for higher roles, creating a more structured and merit-based promotion system.
War Starters: Roles like Veteran or Strategist can be given the responsibility to start wars, ensuring timely and organized war participation.
Enhanced War Management: Although a single clan can currently participate in only one war at a time, having more roles can improve war strategy and execution. Different roles like Veteran, Strategist, and Co-leader can collaborate to plan and manage wars more effectively, leading to better coordination and performance in each war.
Hierarchical Management Structure: Introducing a hierarchy feature where a Co-leader can manage a variable number of members under them, similar to organizational structures. For instance, a Co-leader could have two Veterans, who each oversee several Guardians and Scouts. This hierarchical approach allows for better management and distribution of responsibilities within the clan.
Multiple Clan Wars: Each Co-leader could be allowed to manage their own war, enabling a clan to participate in multiple wars simultaneously. For example, if a clan has five Co-leaders, they could engage in up to five separate wars at the same time. The Leader would oversee all wars and select the best performers from each to participate in a main, top-tier war, ensuring the highest level of competition and strategy.
Additionally, it would be great if Clash of Clans developers at Supercell could consider adding these features to enhance gameplay and provide more opportunities for engagement and strategy.
By incorporating these roles and features, we can better manage our clans, recognize seniority, and improve overall clan performance.
There are many more such ideas which will completely take the game to next level!

That's a WHOLE lot of words to not actually answer my question.
Veteran and Strategist have identical privileges to Co-Leader and to each other.
I guess it's because I'm not a kid anymore or because I'm not in a clan of randos, but I don't need 3 or 4 roles that all do the exact same things but are just supposed to show someone is more senior.
Going point by point.
Number 1: Who cares? If you care about seniority, then that's a thing you can foster yourself. We don't need SC wasting time on a new rank system that virtually only shows seniority.
Number 2: see number 4.
Number 3: We've got 8 ranks here now and 50 slots. How much management and referring do you think needs to happen? The math doesn't really work here because even if each person only manages 2 people of the rank below them, you need 128 people just for that to work. And managing just 2 people is just silly. Harder to manage a bureacracy than the benefits it would provide.
Number 4: So Veteran and Strategist are just co-leaders? Presumably without the ability to give out CWL bonus rewards I guess. Although that isn't discussed, so who knows your intent. Suffice it to say these ranks you are making aren't actually different.
Number 5. This can easily be done with the current systems in place. I don't need to be a "Strategist" to handle my clan's strategy. I can put assignment notes in the wars, I can give general strategy in chat. We don't need in-game ranks to build a structure for strategizing. You can EASILY do that on your own just by saying "Joe, Fred and Steve will be responsible for doling out targets." Etc etc.
Number 6: As discussed, 50 members is hardly enough for 8 levels of hierarchy. 4 is more than sufficient and if you want additional, it's something you can easily add yourself. If Elder A is over Elder B, C, and D who each have 4 members, there's little bemefit in givjng Elder A a Scout title in game (with no additional privileges aside from presumably being able to promote folks to Scout)
Number 7: This is just dumb. It's a Clan war. If you want separate wars, go start a new clan. And guess what? Folks already do that and have sub-clans and all that. And that pretty much covers the multiple hierarchy levels anyway as each subordinate clan has it's own structure.
So, to sum all this up: Seems like you just want an in-game way of organizing feeder/spin-off clans. (Or whatever folks call them) That's not a thing I care about amd don't actually want clans to become like that. I think clans are great the way they are and if folks want to organize Clan Alliances/Feeder Clans/whatever utilizing out of game tools, they can do that. I don't think SC should spend any resources bringing such set-ups in game.

Ultimately its just a game, if it was something of elders business, then I would've brought more points on the table. But your wisdom doesn't need that.

First, the subreddit isn't run by Supercell. We are just players.
Second, the is the Questions Megathread. Making a post with the "Ideas and Feedback" flair would be more effective.
Third, Supercell recently addressed this exact question HERE:
Question #21: Why are we limited to just 4 Clan member ranks?
Answer: A bit similarly to Clan Alliances, everyone's suggestions for extra ranks are quite different. It feels like the only solution that would satisfy everyone is letting Clans configure entirely custom ranks with specific powers. However that would make it extra confusing for players joining some Clan using this customisation and not understanding what roles meant. It's not something we'd rule out doing some time but we think there are more urgent things that need addressing first.

Did the cool down for builder apprentice change? The cooldown generally starts right after I assign him, but after the latest update the cooldown starts after his boost ends.

Yes leagues are currently bugged and you might be showing up in an incorrect league. Supercell is aware.
