In your eyes, at what age can a child give consent?

It varies depending on what the consent is for.
Also anyone who sees this question and immediately thinks of sex...... No offense but maybe take an introspective look at why that was your immediate reaction/association

It is kind of creepy the amount of it... just two words "child" and "consent".

Anything.
Do you think it's more of a tier system that as they get older they can become more responsible or is it at 18 they can do everything and anything?

Children can’t. This question is horrible.

At what age do you think a child can consent to getting a tattoo or get piercings?

By definition children can’t consent. So I will be consistent with my original position.

Should a person be able to get a tattoo at 16 if it's in line with their culture?

At what age do you think is old enough for parents to get their child piercings?

This isn’t subjective.
If you are in the USA it is 18.
If you are asking you might have a bigger problem.
